We always strive to give the best we can to our artists and this has been recognised in this accolade.  We are absolutely transparent about the successes our artists achieve and this is why we continue 10 years on, because people can see what can truly happen when you join 360 and put your all into a development programme – you not only become highly skilled in vocals and performance but you learn other invaluable skills like social media/fanbase management, music industry training, media interview techniques, songwriting, production and so much more.

All of our artists record in the state of the art Cedar West Studio to ensure that their records are broadcast quality and with the addition of music videos, personal styling, photography and more with our highly trusted and long-term partners, artists can be sure that 360 will give them an all-round package of support to launch their careers in the Music Industry.

Artists have come to 360 from all over the UK and even from abroad.  Some travel up-to 5 hours each way for sessions and this dedication has paid off with a $1m record deal offer, celebrity endorsement, top 5 country single, winning industry showcases and being invited to the Urban Music Awards, an ITV interview on releasing a single, performing on BBC stages and so much more.
